Strawberry Christmas Poke Cake

Last Updated on October 16, 2025 by DIYbunker Team

If you’re looking for a dessert that’s as merry and bright as the holiday season itself, this Strawberry Christmas Poke Cake is the perfect treat to bring to your festive table. It’s a delightful twist on a classic poke cake, with soft, fluffy layers of white and green marbled cake soaked with sweet strawberry Jello, then topped with a cloud of Cool Whip and a sprinkle of Christmas magic.

What I love most about this cake is how simple it is to make, yet it looks like something straight out of a holiday bakery window. The vibrant red and green colors make it a showstopper for any Christmas party, potluck, or cozy family dinner. Plus, it’s chilled and refreshing, which makes it an unexpected treat after all those warm, spiced holiday desserts.
