If there is any trend that you need to follow, it’s the infused water craze. We can’t verify the health claims when it comes to infused water recipes that add fruit, herbs and other healthy foods to your water. However, one thing that we know is that it helps you to drink more. This is especially true for people who tend to have trouble drinking enough water on a regular basis.
What I personally love about infused water is that you can drink it even if you don’t feel thirsty because the kick of flavor adds that needed interest to the drink to keep you going. So, if you are one of those people who has a ton of trouble staying hydrated year round, you’re going to be all about these wonderful infused water recipes!
