  2. When it comes to the recipes with shrimp.. do you under cook the shrimp a bit.. so when you warm the meal up the shrimp won’t be overcooked and rubbery

  3. Just a suggestion. Buy shrimp already cleaned and frozen, seasoning it, then put with broccoli in containers then freeze. This way the shrimp is cooked one time…is not rubbery. At least mine isn’t.
