Now that summer is in full swing, it’s time we change things up a little. Around this time of year, I start to experience frizzy hair (especially when I travel to more humid locations) and I have to put a little extra effort to keep my hair’s frizz free natural wavy texture.
This past week I’ve been using some frizz free products from SheaMoisture, and they’ve been helping me maintain my wavy hair texture while keeping volume.
The most important factors for me concerning my hair are volume, cleanliness and keeping my wavy texture. Seriously, I love my hair wild and I’d rather have big fluffy hair than greasy flat lifeless hair. These hair care products have been helping me stay frizz free and avoid the grease by using high quality natural ingredients without sulfates.
Raw Shea & Cupuacu Key Ingredients:

Frizz Free Without Sulfates
One of the things I really love about these products is that they don’t contain any sulfates. While sulfates can get your that nice lather in the shower, that’s pretty much where all the fun ends.
I find that when using products with sulfates, my hair completely loses its natural texture and ends up getting greasier way faster than it should.
After using these SheaMoisture products for the past week, I have found my hair feels cleaner and my waves hold longer, which I totally love. In case you’re wondering, I wash my hair once every 2-3 days and greasiness isn’t any issue at all.
