Festive Holiday Chocolate Bark with swirled chocolates, sprinkles, peppermint, and marshmallows for an easy, giftable treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of pink white chocolate melting chips
  • 1 bag of white chocolate melting chips
  • 1 bag of salted caramel melting chips
  • ¼ cup of holiday sprinkles
  • ½ cup of mini dehydrated marshmallows
  • ¼ cup crushed peppermint
  • 1 box of dots or gumdrops (1 ½ cups)

Directions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt each bag of chocolate chips separately. Heat at 30 second intervals, mixing in between until melted and smooth.
  3. On the prepared baking sheet, pour some of the melted white chocolate, pink chocolate, and salted caramel chocolate in different areas around the sheet. Use a rubber spatula or butter knife to spread evenly in the pan, allowing the colors to slightly mix but not combine fully. You want to be able to see the different chocolate colors mesh, but not turn into one color together. After spreading, use a butter knife to make zig zag patterns in the chocolate, to create a design.
  4. Sprinkle the toppings all over the melted chocolate. Starting with the sprinkles, then marshmallows, crushed peppermint and lastly the gum drops.
  5. Let the bark harden at room temperature for 20 minutes or until completely hard.
  6. Remove the parchment from the pan and slam on a sturdy surface to break the chocolate bark. Use your hands to continue breaking into smaller pieces.
  7. Enjoy or store in a tight sealed bag or container for later.

Notes:

  • Can be used as stocking stuffers or placed into jars as a gift.
