There’s something magical about the combination of flaky pastry, creamy filling, and bursts of sweet-tart berries—and today, I’m sharing a treat that brings all those elements together in the most irresistible way.
These Blueberry Cream Cheese Pastries start with a package of buttery puff pastry dough, making them as easy as they are impressive. The filling is a dreamy duo: a rich, tangy cream cheese layer (just cream cheese and sugar!) topped with a homemade blueberry compote that’s as vibrant as it is delicious.
