There are so many ways that working out can be incorporated into your daily routine. While some feel that they need to join expensive gyms or embark on crazy diets to get into shape, this isn’t true! It is completely possible to get an efficient workout in the comfort of your own home. Not only will it save you money, it will save you time. There will be no need to get fancy outfits or drive 15+ minutes to the gym. Also, for those of you who are just starting out, you can save yourself a bunch of anxiety by getting sweaty without an audience.
Cardio Workout
Some people are just meant for cardio; the need to sweet is just runs through their veins. If you are looking to get your sweat towel out without an audience there to watch you, this is definitely the workout for you.
Body Weight Workout
I personally love body weight workouts that make you struggle. The fastest way to get results is to build muscle and that can happen even without the usage of heavy weights.
Full Body Workout
If you are looking to workout a bit less, maybe 2-3 times for week, try this out. It works out your whole body each time, rather than in segments. This is the most effective way to get your whole body equally trained if you are pressed for time.
Butt & Gut
Everyone has problem area and while you cannot spot reduce, there are ways to tone up areas to make them appear smaller. Remember, muscle takes up less space than fat!
Back Fat Workout
Oh, the dreaded back fat! Try these exercises to tone up your midsection with having to run a mile!
Improve Sex Life Workout
If you are searching for ways to improve your sex life, there is a workout for that. Honestly, I was taken by surprise at the title of this workout but embraced it all the same.
With all of the fun and weird things we can do in the privacy of our home, why not make a workout one of them? If you are looking to save time, money, and a little sanity, try working out at home for a month and see how you like it. Please let me know all about your favorite at home exercises in the comments!
