  • 1 can Full-Fat Coconut Milk
  • 1/3 cup Sweetener Sugar or Maple Syrup


  • Combine the full-fat coconut milk and maple syrup to a medium saucepan.
  • Bring mixture to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Continue simmering and mix every 5 minutes.
  • After 45 minutes have passed, remove from heat.
  • Allow to cool and store in your preferred container.
