Vegan Sweetened, Condensed Milk Recipe

- 1 can Full-Fat Coconut Milk
- 1/3 cup Sweetener Sugar or Maple Syrup
Combine the full-fat coconut milk and maple syrup to a medium saucepan.
Bring mixture to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes.
Continue simmering and mix every 5 minutes.
After 45 minutes have passed, remove from heat.
Allow to cool and store in your preferred container.
