I’m not going to lie, eating vegan every meal each day can be difficult for some people. Being one of those people, there are times I need a little something to keep me balanced and from falling off the wagon completely.
On the days that I just don’t feel like adding nutritional yeast to my meals or taking that multi-vitamin, I can be sure I’m getting nutrients from animal products without going all the way.
